At your request, I am providing the following lump s%~ cost information
for i~rov~ments located in the City of Ooppell easenents. Since we are
basically approaching the water n~ins separately with the architect, I
have taken the liberty to break the water into two prices. What I describe
as "Water-North" are all those inprovements located in the easement north
of the St. Ann property, including the 6" main and fire hydrant which
extends southward onto the St. Ann property. Referencing your list, dated
February 9, 1988, this includes irons 1,3,4,5,6, 75 lineal feet of item
2, 18 square yards of it~n 12, and that portion of it~as 10 and 11
attributable to the northern line. Included in the '~Tater-South" costs
are 75 lineal feet of it~ number 2, items 7,8,9,13, and the balance of
items t0 and 11.
