Walk thru for Town Center BLVD
A walk-thru on the above referenced project was conducted on
7-17-96 and the items below were found to be deficient.
1. Pour concrete Dad around Main Line Valve at the tie in at
Parkway Blvd.
Ail Main Line Valves and Fire Hydrant Valves need to be
marked on the street.
3. The Fire Hvdrant Valve at the 2nd fire hvdrant on the west
side of the street needs straiuhtenina UD SO the valve
wrench can qet on it.
4. The first Manhole south of Parkway in the middle of the
street needs chimney seal tiahtened un. fit is very loose
and may fall in.}
5. The 2nd fire hydrant on the east side of the street is
leakinq at the Bonnet.
6. The 2nd Manhole in the middle of the street south of Parkway
needs the chimnev seal tightened UD.¢It may fall in.~
The 3rd fire hydrant on the east side of the road is leakin~
below the qround.
8. The 3rd Manhole in the middle of the street south of Parkway
need to be t~ahtened.
9. Locate the Sewer Stub-out on the wes~ side of the street
near the first Manhole.
