RE: Walk Thru for Town Center Blvd.
A walk through was conducted at the above referenced location
today. The following deficiencies were identified:
Parkway Left Turn Lane
1. On the westbound reverse curve curb return - repair.
2. Median paver bands on existing pavement curbs need to
be sealed so to retain sand under pavers.
Towncenter Blvd.
1. ? 4" PVC in ADA ramp on northeast corner Towncenter
Blvd./Parkway
2. Markings?
Southbound Towncenter Blvd.
1. Manhole finish rout and seal crack.
2. Remove two birdbaths southbound lane north of
Towncenter Drive.
3. Curb broken on median southbound lane north on
Towncenter Drive.
4. Remove form rd. side Towncenter Blvd./Towncenter Drive
southbound lanes.
5. Repair existing curb rd. side southbound lanes
Towncenter Blvd./Towncenter Drive.
Northbound Towncenter Blvd.
1. Northbound lane remove stain from pavement just south
of Parkway.

1. Street needs to be cleaned to determine birdbaths·
Towncenter Drive/Towncenter Blvd. Project med. nose
southbound lanes random crack.
From center line Towncenter Blvd. on Towncenter Drive
north, curb on the east side needs repaired. Not
poured integral -- broken by construction traffic for
Criminal Justice Center.
