Dear Mr. Dunnc:
Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment Table, along with a copy
of the Development Fee calculations for the referenced development.
There are no fees due on this project at Otis time. However, please provide a copy of the
Engineer's estimate or contract to our office so the 2% & 4% construction inspection fee can be
verified.
Plcose note that the Texas Legislanire, under Senate Bill 243, delayed the collection of Water
and Scwcr Impact Fees until thc issuance ora Building Permit. Senatc Bill 243 also reduced the
impact fcc we could assess for water and sewer to no morc than 50% of the calculatcd fcc in the
original study.
The additional fees for water and sewer taps, water meters, and utility inspection fees need ~o be
paid by separate check at the Public Works Sarvic¢ Center, 732 Deforest Road. Meters will be
arc paid.
Appropriate payment of the required fees will help insure a successfiil beginning of thls project.
