Standard Form of Agreement
Performance Bond
Payment Bond
Maintenance Bond
If your City Council awards the contract to H & W Utility Contractors, Inc., please have the Standard Form of
Agreement executed on behalf of the City of Coppell and return all copies to our office. We will then have the
contractor execute the remainder of the contract documents, provided us with executed bonds, bind all
documents together and remm two complete sets to the City.
