MH o~ approach 9 Beltline chimney seal weeds extension: leak-
ing at drop; needs cleaned out at inverts.
MLV on Beltline needs Dad leveled and tack straiahtened and
d~rt cleaned out.
D~llas water valve needs Droner setuD.
FH in island needs raised for 18" clearance.
5+21.41 line "1" UTI needs raised and inspected.
7+11.67 line "1" needs raised to arade of landscape and floor
needs cleaned and invert reworked.
FHon south side of buildinq has low flow; valve needs cutout
Both meters need cleaned out to see bottom turn off and are
set too hiqh.
Valves on MacArthur need located.
6. Inlet box at Wendy's end RCP comin~ into box very bad.
