Fire hydrant across from subway on Denton Tap n,,A4, b,tmfl in street and mark
Fire hydrant in back of Wendy's ~,-p~ts to pull cad off so I can in _sgect valves

A walk-thru on the above referenced project was conducted on 12/15/95
and the items below were found to be deficient.

Need to _mint fire hydrant in front of building yellow.
Need to put blue button in street on all 3 fire hydrants.
Mark valves on curb.
Need to block out fire hydrant valves in handicap ramp.
Main line valve next to fire hyd. in front of building, needs to be straightened up
so I can get on valve & raise stack to street level.
Clean out meter box to existing meter is covered up g9012489 & mark curb.
Dpm;stic meters double check is leakin~ & set box to ground level.
Need to install meter box over sprinkler meter.
Fire hydrant across from subway on Denton Tap needs button in street and mark
curb.
Fifo hydrant in back of Wendy's needs to pull cap off so I can in _spect valves
(mainline valve & fire hydrant valve3
