Walk Thru for Comerica Bank
A walk through was conducted at the above referenced location
today. The following deficiencies were identified:
0~ 1. Paver band south side insufficiently retained until
future development.
0~ 2. Repair curb south side south approach and seal.
0~ 3. Route and seal random crack north of south approach.
0~ 4. Route and seal inlet to curb and random crack extending
into ln. both sides.
~it 5. Grind/bush along curb to drain.
6. Pull strip and seal TC Dr. at island.
