A walk through was conducted at the above referenced location
today.
1.
The following deficiencies were identified:
Paver band south side insufficiently retained until
future development.
2. Repair curb south side south approach and seal.
3. Route and seal random crack north of south approach.
4. Route and seal inlet to curb and random crack extending
into ln. both sides.
5. Grind/bush along curb to drain.
6. Pull strip and seal TC Dr. at island.
7. Seal curb east side.
