In answer to your question...
To get an accurate count of the residential lots for the Colonial Townhouses, I counted the number of Io~s on
the plat, and it shows 92 (Uberty Circle: 22 lots; Colonial Drive: 36 lots; Independence Drive: 34 lots). Water
meters have been issued for all of these lots.
But, as you mentioned, your records show that 93 water meters of the 5/8 size were actually issued, for some
odd reason. I suppose it's possible that a water meter was issued by us, for a construction trailer, and we may
have overlooked it somehow.
Carla and I will be happy to work up a thorough list matching each address in this development to each water
meter number to determine how the water meters might be mismatched, or figure out where an error may have
occurred. Then, we'll get this information over to you to help you and Water Billing resolve the problem.
We'll probably need a couple of days to get this done, but we're more than happy to do it, of course. Before we
begin, please let me know if this is still a problem. But, as ! said, we're very happy to do it, and with the two of
us working on it, it shouldn't be too time-consuming; we just need the extra time to allow for our usual phone
calls and daily duties.
