RE: Utility Service to Townhouses of Coppell
Dear Mr. Wise:
The City of Coppell Engineering Department received a faxed request asking for
confirmation that the City will provide certain services to lots in the Townhouses of
Coppell subdivision. This letter is to inform you that water, wastewater (sanitary sewer)
and storm drain facilities were installed at the time of construction in the referenced
subdivision.
You requested specifically that Lots 1, 8, 15, 22, 37, 46, 53, and 60 of Block A be
provided these services. Unfortunately, these lots are not buildable for residential
structures and therefore no services were installed. The other lots mentioned (Lots 26-66
Block A and Lots 17-39 Block B) can be served by the utility infrastructure already in
place.
Certain fees will be due at the time of permitting at the Building Inspections Department.
Those fees include but are not limited to meter fees, inspection fees and tap fees for each
residential unit. Contact the Building Inspections Department for full details of the costs.
