RE: Townhouses of Coppell
Dear Mr. Letup:
Based on a walk-through perfonned on Thursday, August 30. 2001 at 8:00 a.m. for tile
referenced project, tl~ following deficiencies remain:
1. Adjust the existing sani~ry sewer manhole at the southeast cornet.
2. At Lot 33 the mainline valve needs an extension.
3. At Lot 38 th~ fire hydrant valve needs an extension.
4. The sanitmT scwcr in thc middle of the block on die south side ha~ concret~ in thc bottom.
5. At thc inlet/junction box at the northeast corner, grout pipes and install plug on stub-out.
6. Plug stub-out from iulct ou Line 'F'.
7. Clean, pour, invert and grout pipes in "Y' inlet at southeast corner.
8. Repair plug; clean debris from junction box on line 'A'.
9. Inlet on line 'B' holds water.
10. Replaco broken inlet lid.
11. Thc 66" RCP has no plugs in lift holes that wcrc checked from the line 'A', line 'B' junction
box.
12. I have received no compaedon test results oo the fill placed on the triple barrel §'x 4' box.
13. I have received no compaction test results on the ill that was placed along the east slope in
the fmal stages of thc project.
14. Verify the grades on thc east slope,
15. Eliminate the ponding along the S/D outfall area.
16. Expose the 30" force main so that the support and suspected ieal~g can be checked.
17. P. mnove broken concrete near thc golf course.
18. Replace 8uardrail at the end of Statical.
19. I have been advised that the inlet installed on MacArthut north of Colonial Dr. is pre-cast.
Pre-cast inlets are not approved for installation in public R-O-W.
20. Provide written coufirmation from Carrollton*Farmers Branch ISD of their satisfaction with
the condition of their property almlg the south side of your development.
21. Install proper signase and street markings on the left tun~ lane and crossover. If you have

Walk-thru Townhouses of Coppell Drainage
"Y" inlet box (junction box) at NE corner is in flood plain. Grout at box and RCP;
grout joints in RCP's; also has no plug.
"Y" inlet box (junction box) - remove dirt and mud; pour in a bottom to grade of
RCP's; grout RCP's at box.
At junction box at far south end, joints need grouting - 4 X 6 barrels.
"Y" inlet in middle of project has no plug.
The large RCP has no plug in top of RCP's.
