Dear Ms. Daneshmand:
We have reviewed the landscape and irrigation plans for the Villages of
Coppell, Phase 3 & 4 prepared by Don A. Tipton, Inc. for Grand Hc~es, Inc.
The plans have been revised in accordance with the City's previous review
con~ents with one exception. The 2-inch standard meter/double check service
setting detail has not been included in the plans.
In addition, the water impact fee for the irrigation system totals $5,280.
This fee should be verified as paid prior to release of the plans for
construction.
Please forward these coa~ents along with the enclosed marked up review sets to
the Public Works, DRC Members for their review. We are available to discuss
this project at your convenience.
