State Highway 121 Water Line
Gentlemen:
We are handing you two (2) fully executed copies of your contract with the City of Coppell, Texas, dated
March 23, 1999, for construction of the State Highway 121 Water Line, from Sandy Lake Road to 675 feet
south of Corporate Drive project. We are also hanchng you the original copy of the Bid Bond you submitted
with your bid for this project on October 27, 1998.
On behalf of the City of Coppell, you are hereby requested to proceed with construction of this project. You
are allotted ninety (90) calendar days to complete all items of work. The contract documents state that time
shall begin on the tenth (1 0th) day after the issuance of this Work Order. Therefore, contract time shall
commence on Monday, May 31, 1999, and terminated on Monday, August 30, 1999.
