Southwest sanitary sewer needs top ring cemented and install chimney seal and rain
pan.
All City cleanouts need sweep "T" and a ~ pipe to the cleanout which
needs to be inside the pipe and not crushing it.
Sanitary sewer manhole in middle of block has concrete in bottom.
Find and uncover existing manhole on southeast corner of property.
Lot 41 replace meter can.
Lot 33 water valve needs extension.
Lot 26 remove false bottom in sanitary sewer.
Lot 13 valve stack on main is crooked.
LOt 7 tighten bottom ring on chimney seal.
LOt 2 straighten fire hydrant.
Sanitary sewer northeast corner needs chimney seal and rain pan.
LOt 44 f'~e hydrant will not shut off.
Lot 38 f'we hydrant valve needs extension.
