Tipton, Inc. for Grand Homes, Inc. The final plat has been revised in conformance with our earlier review comments as indicated on the enclosed initial marked up set. The construction plans, however, still require some revision in order to meet the City's subdivision Regulations. We are enclosing a copy of the second review set marked up with our co~ments. In general, the retaining wall along Deforest Drive requires revision (see Sheet Nos. 9 & 10). In addition, Standard Detail Sheet No. 20 is not included in this set. Please pass these comments along with our marked up review set on to the Public Works DRC Members for their review. Further, our records indicate that the development fees of $47,368.37 for this project have yet to be paid. Please review the development fee draft letter filed in your office.
