I am in receipt of a copy of a letter to Don Tipton regarding the
l!ina] acceptance of the above referenced project. I wish to inform
you that this project was not complete. There are outstanding
punch list items that remain to be corrected, it appears that
project acceptance has taken priority over project completion and
thi~'] deeply concerns me.
I welcome new development 'to Coppell, however it's important ~z}la~
these facilJ_ties are installed according 'to city standards prior to
~ccepting them.
PI.ease explain why 'the last two (2) projects accepted had
outs[;anding punch list items in need of correction.
