The above referenced project had a walk-through on 9/20/94 and
the following items were found to be deficient:
Steel edging around outside of vault to prevent bark
mulch and soil from washing into vault.
2. Tighten bottom band on chimney seal in manhole.
Fire hydrant valve caps should be painted red MLV caps
should be painted blue.
Blue pavement markers should be placed in driveway in
front of each fire hydrant.
Meter cans should be at curb level when landscaping is
completed.
6. Weld locking hasp on to top of fire vault.
Please ensure these items are corrected prior to final acceptance
of this project.
