Listed below are Street Division comments relative to walk thru.
1. Need test results on double check in vault and pump out
vault so I can check for leaks.
Paint valve cads. Water CaDS blue: fire hvdrant ca~s red.
Put blue bottoms on Street.
Turn fire hvdrant toward street. Also need City approved
fire hydrant (does not fit City wrenches).
StraiGhten UP stack and center valve on fire hydrant and
paint cap.

Clean out meter boxes to bottom fittings (meter box and
double check box).
6. Raise double check box to ground level·
