Valley R Center-CS 951016October 16, 1995 Mr. Scott Monvay United Commercial Development 7001 Preston Road, Suite 225 Dallas, Tex?~s~75205- - ~ Re: ~alley Ranch Ce~ter~ ~- Phase U~ #93066.~r---'-~-- Dear Scott: Recently I have had a number of conversations with the City of Coppell's Building Inspection and Engineering officials regarding the status of the building permit. In my last conversation with Mr. Gregg Jones - Chief Building Inspector, he stated he would verify clearance of the plans with the Fire Marshall; Mr. Jeff Jones; and with the City Water Engineer; Mr. Howard Pafford. Mr. Gregg Jones said that the only thing his department needs is a permit application to be filled out and submitted. This application must include the name of the General Contractor and all of their subs. The city will confirm if all contractors am licensed to work in Coppell. I have spoken to both Jeff and Howard and they said that have no issues that are still unresolved; nothing that would impede the issuance of a permit. Them are no engineering impact fees but there are water meter fees to be paid when your contractor picks up the meter, not at permit time. We are in the process of acquiring a copy of this permit application form and a breakdown of any and ail permit fees. I appreciate your patience in this matter. It has proven to be quite difficult at times to get hold of these officials. Thank you for you attention in this matter.
