corner.

radius requirement.
C. We_ have identified the ownership of the common area
south of our property.
D. We have identified the loop road within our property
to be Cheshire Drive.
E. We have added visibility triangles at all
intersections.
F. Please find enclosed data pertaining to minimum street
center line radius'" of residential streets in other
municipalities.
II. PRELIMINARY WATER AND SEWER:
We will, adhere to all sub-division regulations in regard
to the sanitary sewer.
