facilities located and have determined that we have no facilities
located in this easement area and do not plan to use this easement
for any furture facilities.
Enclosed is a fetter from Mr. Jillson requesting the release o~
this easement, a plat of Villages of Coppell and a Metes and Bounds
description o~ the easement area to be released. Please process
this easement release.

TU Electric has no objection to the encroachment of a proposed
swimming pool into a platted 5 foot TP & L easement along the rear
of your property. TU Electric is currently in the process of
releasing this easement, as per your request. TU Electric also has
no objection to the encroachment of a wood deck into a portion of
a platted 5 foot TP & L easement along your north property line.
