I ~oke with Robin Nash, the Property Manager, today who said she
had a bid prepared to go forward to the owner for repairs to the
sprinkler system(s), She is supposed to meet with the Owner
tomorrow, 2/8/90, for approval. She said she would call me with
their repair schedule as soon as she finds out. Status 2/28/90
