In reference to your letter dated December 14, 1989, to Glen Hinckley in regards to the
sprinkler system at Town Oaks Centre, please be advised that the system is presently turned
off and will not be turned back on until temperatures remain above freezing. We are aware
of some sprinkler repairs that need to be made, which have been budgeted for January,
1990.
