Sprinkler and Storm Water Falling Onto Denton Tap Pavement from Minyard Town

I received Minyard's response which has confirmed my previous memo concerning the sprinklers
on Minyard's property, but pointed out that several heads located on the management
companies' property may still be using large rotor heads, particulary at "Pizza Inn".
A similar letter will need to be sent to Glen Hinckley at Univest Co., 12201 Merrit Drive,
Suite 170, Dallas, Texas 75251.
I will have the letter prepared, and sent by December 5, 1989. Status December 15, 1989.
