Town Oaks-CS 891117MINYARD PROPERTIES November I7, 1989 City of Coppell P. O. Box 478 Coppell, TX 75019 Attention: Per Birdsall Dear Mr. Birdsall: Regarding your letter of November 8, concerning the sprinkler overthrow at Town Oaks Shopping Center. I have enclosed a plot plan showing the limits of our property at that location. We have already made the necessary irrigation alterations in order to reduce overthrow into the newly expanded Denton Tap Rd. This work was done in early October, 1988, after the street widening was almost completed. At that time we changed spacing and head type from rotor to stream rotor and almost eliminated overthrow. I doubt, however, that the other owner has converted their portion of the system over. I believe if you check you will see that the offending pro- blem is coming from the section of grass in front of the Pizza Inn where they are still running the large rotor heads. Please contact Mr. Glen Hinckley at Univest Co., 12201 Merit Drive, Suite 170, Dallas, TX 75251. Sincerely, MINYARD PROPERTIES, Chuck Wills Landscape Manager INC.
