It is our understanding that upon development of the
property there are fees required to be paid to the City
associated with providing water and sanitary sewer service
for the following:
Impact fees for domestic and irrigation water services,
firelines for building sprinkler system and sanitary
sewer service;
2. Water tap fees for each service;
3. Sewer connection fees for each connection; and
4. Cost to purchase water meters.
We respectfully request that you confirm in writing if these
are the only fees that will be required for water and
sanitary sewer service. We also request that you provide us
with information on how the fees are calculated and when
payment is due. We anticipate requiring a 2-inch line for
domestic service, 1-inch line for irrigation and 6 or 8-inch
fireline.
