Need drainage around vault to keep water out of vault.
Need lock latch on lid of vault.
Need brass plugs in vault (large and small).

Mark FLV on curb and paint lid red.
Need blue street marker buttons at fire hydrant.
Fire Department needs cap with lock for building (FDC).

Mark FHV in red on curb at last fire hydrant.
Need letter from landscaper not to cover valves or manholes.
Mark CO in red on curb at sewer cleanout.
Paint lid to sewer (grease traps) red.
Need rain pan in manhole
Mark MH in red on curb at manhole (Belt Line)
Need blocking in vault, under valves.
Call Public Works at 972-462-5150 to have Danny Hightower recheck after completion of punch
list. Have Rick O'Dell fax punch list to Rogers O'Brien at 972-471-6007.
