Steve Goram with the City of Coppe]l said that agreements and bonds associated with
construction of referenced project are between developer/owner and the contractor(s).
Upon dedication of the constructed public utilities and improvements to the City (12"
water line along Belt Lins, 8" sanitary sewer line along Belt Line, both large water
meter vaul~, storm drain system, portion of driveways in street right-of-way, etc.), the
develope~n%!:/must-"~rovide the City with a one year maintenance bond for 10% of the
constr~tion/dos$-°i~ said dedicated improvements.
