Please find attached, 7 sets of revised plans for the above referenced
project. We have addressed Mr. Gabe Favre's comments, a copy of which is
attached, as follows:
We have added the future 10-foot by 300-foot right-of-way
dedication at the southeast corner of MacArthur Boulevard and Belt
Line Road as requested by the City of Coppell.
2.) We have revised the notes on the plan and profile of llne WB to
include steel encasement in accordance with City of Coppell
Standards.

we agreed to install a 24 x 12 tee if the existing 24" Water Line
needs to be extended to meet the proposed 12" line beneath Belt
Line ~. This deracination should be made when the 24" Water
Line is uncovered in the field prior to construction.
