Plan.
2) Delineate the name of the project on the Preliminary
Plat.
3) Driveway spacings varies from Subdivision Ordinance,
refer to Markup Plans.
4) Show existing and propsed utilities on Site Plan.
5) What are the height of all structures.
6) Delineate proposed or existing left turn lane.
7) Show the Firelane on the site.
8) Can the 12" SS handle the flow from this developed site?
Please provide the Flowrate Study.
Deferentiate existing from proposed utilities.
Provide Irrigation Plan.
There are two layouts shown on grading plan and drainage
area map for storm sewer, which one is correct?
The slope in front of Tom Thumb is too steep (Max. 2%).
Need to take care of drainage on-site instead of draining
it to Beltline Road in the northwest corner of the
property as much as possible.
The existing channel can not be left as an open channel,
it needs to be in a closed system.
Delineate the Flood Plain boundary.
Provide overall Drainage Area Map (on and off site).
Add I5 and Il00 to drainage calculation.
Double check Il00 you are using according to TP 40 Il00 =
11.6 not 7.8.
Show the roof drainage.
Why "Y" inlets are to be converted to Grate Inlet, please
explain.

BUILDING INSPECTION: I) Has S.U.P. been granted for grocery store.
2) Need 3 12' X 30' spaces dedicated for off-street loading
and unloading for Tom Thumb space.
3) Final landscape must contain stamp and signature from
licensed landscape architect.
