This change resulted from a meeting that was held at Town Center
on Friday, September 1, concerning the problems with proposed grades
of the Valley Ranch Center Sanitary Sewer lines. The representatives
from Dunning Development had asked that the original design for
the sanitary sewer be used due to the fact that the design had
been approved for construction. However, the point-of-entry
constructed for Mobil would have to be removed and a new sewer
line installed at a lower grade.
I spoke with Bob Roth at TRA and he informed me that if the
point-of-entry permit could be sent to him on Tudesday, he would
process it as quickly as possible and then send it to Wayne Hunter
for final approval. I contacted Russell Doyle and informed him
what needed to take place in order to obtain approval for a new
point-of-entry permit, so that this construction would not be delayed
any longer.

questions regarding this matter, please advise.
