Dear Mr Mirtaheri:
We have received your letter dated April 8, 1997 requesting time suspension until you receive
the traffic controller and cabinet to be installed at the intersection of Parkway Blvd. and
MacArthur Blvd. Currently, there is 17 calendar days left to complete the project. Therefore,
time will expire on April 28, 1997.
Based on the letter dated March 21, 1997 from Consolidated Traffic Controls, Inc., and the fact
that the cabinet and controller was ordered December 5, 1996, the contract will be extended 11
calendar days and expire on May 9, 1997. There will not be another extension on the contract
due to materials not arriving from the supplier in time. The project must be completed and a
final walk through scheduled by May 9, 1997 with our construction inspector.
