RE:
12" Sanitary Sewer Connection to TRA 33" Interceptor to
the South Side of Beltline at MacArthur
I spoke with Wayne Hunter regarding the above referenced matter
and he informed me that the original plans identified the 12" as
part of the construction of the 33" interceptor. However, the
plans did not indicate an easement for the 12" line. Therefore,
I informed Wayne that he needed to locate the documents regarding
an easement being dedicated to TRA for this 12" line.
I will contact Wayne again next week and ask if he has located
the documents. I will update you of the status by July 7, 1989.
