Gentlemen:
At the pre-construction conference for the Sandy Lake Road Water Line project, held on January 26, 1998, we
handed you two (2) fully executed copies of your contract with the City of Coppell, Texas, dated December 8,
1998, for construction of the project. We also handed you the original copy of the Bid Bond you submitted
with your bid for this project on October 27, 1998.
On behalf of the City of Coppell, you are hereby requested to proceed with construction of this project. You
are allotted Two Hundred (200) calendar days to complete all items of work. The contract documents state
that time shall begin on the tenth (1 0th) day after the issuance of this Work Order. Therefore, contract time
shall commence on Thursday, February 11, 1999, and term'mated on Monday, August 30, 1999.
