RE: Construction Plan Review for Exxon at Beltline & MacArthur
Dear Mr. McKinney:
These items will need to be corrected before your plans will
be approved for construction:
1) 12" water line along Exxon frontage of Beltline and along
MacArthur will need to be installed with this project.
2)
12" water line will need to be extended from the 24" on
northeast side of Beltline to existing 12" water line on
E. MacArthur and disconnection from Irving at bridge or
this side will not have water.
Need sidewalks along your MacArthur and along Beltline
frontage.
If 6" sanitary sewer along west property line is not installed
prior to construction of this project, they will have to
utilize the manhole on the north property line. The 12"
sanitary sewer line is V.C.P..
5) Reinforcing shall be #3 on 24" o.c..
6) Subgrade under all paving surfaces shall be stabilized on
6" l~me @ 6%.
7) S~te plan and water/sanitary sewer plan will need to match.
8) Landscape plan will need to be sealed by a landscape
architect.
9) Need minimum 2" caliper tree for every 40 feet of frontage.
10) Will need to berm areas between drive approaches. CO~V
11) Irrigation plan will need to be sealed by a licensed
irrigator.
12) Irrigation plan shows inadequate sprinkler coverage, wi~!
need to revise irrigation plan.
