Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Roadway Impact Fee calculation sheet for the
referenced development.
Please make payment to the City of Coppell in the amount of $451.15 and forward to the
Finance Department along with a copy of the Impact Fee Assessment calculation sheet.
Also provide a copy of the Engineer's estimate or contract to our office so the construction
inspection fee can be calculated.
Providing a copy of your paid receipt to the Engineering Department will help us to verify the
payment of required fees and insure a successful beginning of this project. We look forward
