W~]~REAS, T~E OWNER~ UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IN CASE
REPAIRS OR IMPROVEMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE MADE TO THE CIT~ OF
COPPELL'S DRAINAGE EASEMENT WHICH WOULD REQUIRE REMOVAL OF T~E
FENCE IN ORDER TO EFFECT SUCH IMPROVEMENTS; AND
WHaRF. AS, TH~ OWNERS RECOGNIZE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SUCH FENCE
WAS INSTAT'T'ED DESPITE KNOWLEDGE OF T~ CITY'S DRAINAGE EASEMENT;
OWNERS REREB! AGREE TO REMOVE SUCH FENCE AT THEIR OWN COST AND
UPON REQUEST BI THE CITY OP COPPELL, AND IF OWNERS FAIL TO REMOVE
