Fence at Longbranch Club
It appears that a permit was issued in error on June 19, 1989, to the owners of the
Longbranch Club for a fence. It has been brought to my attention that the fence may be in
the floodplain. Please review the site and determine whether or not it is in the floodplain.
If it is in the floodplain, is there any way that a floodplain permit can be issued for this
fence? Attached is all documentation we have regarding this matter.
