Section 1
T~st the City of Coppell, Texas hereby grants its ccnsent for
Coppell MunicipaI Utility District No. i to annex two (2) tracts of
lend, to wit: Tract A containing 265.692 acres, more or less and
described in Exhibit "A" and Tract B containing 22.593 acres, more or
less, and described in Exhibit "B" which are attached hereto and made a
part hereof for all purposes. Both tracts being shown on the attached
plat marked as Exhibit "C".
Section 2
This resolution s~all become effective upen its passage as the
law in such cases provides. Certified cop~es of ~his ResotuttoD shall
be provided to Coppall Municipal Utility District Me. 1.
