A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS, GRANTING CONSENT FOR THE ANNEXATION OF TWO (2) TRACTS OF LAND, TO WIT: TRACT A CONTAINING 265.692 ACRES AND TRACT B CONTAINING 22.593 ACRES BY COPPELL MUNICIPAL L~ILITY DISTRICT NO. 1 AND PROVIDING A/; EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Lomas Realty USA, requested consent of the City of Coppell for Coppell Municipal Utility District No. 1 to annex two (2) tracts of laud, to wit: Tract A contaiuing 265.692 acres, more or less, and Tract B containing 22.593 acres, more or less. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS: Sectiou 1 That the City of Coppell, Texas grants its consent for Coppell Municipal Utility District No. 1 to annex two (2) tracts of land, to wit: Tract A containing 265.692 acres, more or less and described in Exhibit "A" and Tract B contaiuing 22.593 acres, more or less, and described in Exhibit "B" which are attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes and showm on the attached plat marked as Exhibit Section 2 This reeolution shall become effective'sim~ltaneously mith the execution of that certain agreement between the City of Coppell, Lomas and Nettleton, and the City cf Lewieville which will finalize the boundary agreement between Coppell and Lewisvilleand thereby establish that seid property is situated wholly within the City cf Coppel!.
