Valley Homeowners
To my knowledge the affected group is the Villages at Cottonwood
Creek subdivision which includes Tanbark Circle. Under the
Streetscape Plan landscaping of a cul-de-sac having space for
planting would require the developer to install it and the City
to maintain it. A homeowners group would be established to assure
any landscaped.parkway, entry or common area would be maintained.
The only consideration to an escrow of money is seasonal in nature
and would have been used once weather allowed for planting to
Occur.
I know there is a homeowners group but it was not established
under the Streetscape Plan and is a social/community awareness
association of the subdivision.
No monies or homeowners association
with our department to my knowledge
subdivision in 1984.
