It has been relayed to me that sometime in the past the
"city" required that a homeowner's association be formed for
those property owners living on Tanbark Circle in the
Cottonwood Valley Addition and that money was escrowed to
provide for landscaping and irrigation for this cul-de-sac.
Please review your records and ascertain if this information
is correct and provide me with any details by Friday, April
7th.
