Dear Mr. Adkins:
The following assessment represents the number of light units as established by T.U. Electric
for the Village of Cottonwood Creek Section 5 Addition.
13 lights @ $360.00 per light- $4,680.00
Prior to the final acceptance of this project, a check in the mount of $4,680.00 should be made
payable to the City of Coppell and forwarded to Jennifer Armstrong, Finance Director along
with a copy of the street light fee assessment list.
Please provide a copy of your paid receipt to our office so that we will be able to verify payment
of the required fees and assure a successful completion of this project.

1. City or Developer agrees to pay Company $ in consideration of Company's agreement to install said street
lights and und~,,,.;~,nds that no construction work will begin until after Company has mcoived fall payment.
2. Company agrees to install, own, opamte and maintain said street lights in accordance with its stmat lighting agree-
ment with customer. However, if City or Developer fails to pay,-on demand, the amount indicated above, this supple-
mental agreement is automatically terminated.
3. A~I parties agree that Company will retain for its use and benefit tho payment rocolved hereunder in consideration of
its obligation to install said street lights and that Company at all times has title to, and complete ow~ershlp and control

4. Company is nat liable far loss or injury caused by delay or faiJb'~o to install the electric facirttins necessary to serve

RE: Revised Street Sign Fee Assessment
Villages at Cottonwood Creek Section V
Dear Mr. Adkins:
Enclosed with this letter you will find a revised street sign assessment for Villages of
Cottonwood Creek Section V. This revision is due to the redesign of the subdivision. Prior to
the final acceptance of this project, a check in the amount of $1072.35 should be made payable
to the City of Coppell and forwarded to Jennifer Armstrong, Finance Director, along with a
copy of the attached street sign fee assessment list. Please see that a copy of this fee letter is
passed on to the developer of the property.

of the required fees and assure a successful completion of this project.
