This letter is in no way to be misconstrued as the City of Coppell's Final
Accol~l:ance of this project. This is just a notification that the utilities
[rl::nn]lcd by S & S Utility Co. have been installed in accordance to City
sp~w:N [cations, the water mains bare passed Hydrostatic and Bacteriological
tesL (Water line "WA", "WB", "WD", 12" connection to north side of Beltline
Road to existing 24"). The disconnection from Irving's water system was completed.
Th:; sanitary sever "Line A" bas passed air test and manholes are at rough grads.
The utilities at this time are substantially complete and ready for the paving
process to start. Thank you.
