Z) On the site plan, show the following: a) F.F. Elevation b) The proposed utilities in ~4 c) The width of typ. parking lot width d) R.O.W. width on MacArthur & Beltline e) Delineate "Existing" or "Proposed" on utilities shown. 3) Since the Preliminary Plat on this project is placed on the May 6th DRC agenda, the comments should be responded to for the next meeting. BUILDING INSPECTION: 1) No Comments. FIRE DEPARTMENT: 1) Fire hydrants required every 300 feet. Must provide an all weather driving surface on not less than Z4 feet of unob- structed width, with adequate roadway turning radius capable of supporting the imposed loads of fire apparatus before construction begins. 3) Fire hydrants and water system must be operational before construction begins. 4) The access roadway shall be extended to within 150 feet of all portions of the exterior walls of the first story of any building. 5) Uniform Fire Code, 1985 is applicable. D. LONE STAR GAS: 1) No Comments. GENERAL TELEPHONE: 1) Preliminary Plat is acceptable. Z) Will need conduit placed for facilities. PARAGON CABLE: 1) Outside service area. G.
