A walk-thru on the above referenced project was conducted on
and the items below were found to be deficient.
April 18, 1997
On MacArthur seal curb return's on both sides right turn lane & All saw cut's in
curb
At MacArthur & Beltline turn radi repair curb damage also sidewalk and BFR
missing.
On MacArthur S. of Mast arm signal pole uncover & raise to grade pull box that is
covered up with grass.
Approach seal Redwood header, also off of Pavers S.W. corner seal san cut. Also
drop inlet mouth to big 6" max drop inlet has 8" mouth along BF Ramp seal back of
curb.
Approach off of Beltline seal Redwood Header also install sign at Int. (Right turn
only) out of this drive.
