No water or sanitary sewer easement required within the
property because all lines are private.
Need 6" fire line meter.
Staff recommends separate irrigation meters to allow cost
savings on summer water consumption. Need to know how many
and what size meters will be required in order to access
impact fees.
Irrigation plan also required for final construction plans.
Irrigation controller requires freeze protector, rain sensor
and surge protection device.
Landscape and irrigation plans will conform to the Streetscape
Plan.
