Show water demand and sewer flows in proposed development.
No curves are allowed in sewer lines.
Street names need to be identified.
Please identify sewer line configuration that runs between Block A, Lots 23 & 24.
Landscape and irrigation plans need to be submitted tbr review.
The Parkland Dedication Ordinance will be in effect for this development. A fee of
$1,285.00 per dwelling unit is required at the time of final plat approval.
Please identify entry feature along Thweat Road. Please explain.
Please identify any easements within this development.
