I hope this letter finds you well. This letter is in response to the information that was requested at the last City
Council workshop. Enclosed is a copy of the Cerxifidate of Incorporation for Woodridge Homeowners Association
(WHA). Hopefully, this will satisfy the legalities that the council is concerned with.
The idea that was proposed, during the workshop, for the city to build the entire fence has met with applause
from my officers. No surprise! For the city to build the fence would cause much less complication and solve a
logistics issue on my side of the fence, so to speak. I want to point out that WHA still wants to include the brick
columns at both ends plus an additional column at the west eno to provide for future signage application. WI-lA
will pay for these columns.
WHA is anxious to start this project. I have been postponing the date for a neighborhood meeting until we have
some news to report on about the fence. Please call if there is anything else that is needed and I will rush it to
you. Thanks for your help. I look forward to heating from you soon.
